These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Super Parser (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Super Parser on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
Super Parser is a platform that extracts structured data from documents you submit by upload or email and delivers the results to destinations you configure, such as file downloads or Google Sheets.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We use passwordless sign-in (email codes or Google sign-in); keep access to your email and Google account secure.
Usage is measured in credits, where one page generally equals one credit. Paid plans and credits are billed through our third-party payment provider. Charges are based on the plan and usage in effect at the time. We may update pricing with notice for future billing periods.
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Google). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We own the Service, including its software and design. You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and deliver your data as you direct.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automated extraction may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Parser will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
