Privacy Policy

Last updated June 28, 2026

Super Parser provides a document-processing platform that extracts structured data from documents you submit. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By creating an account or using Super Parser, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and basic Google profile information. During sign-up we also collect the company details you provide (such as company name, location, domain, and website) and optional profile details (name, country, phone number).
  • Documents and their contents. When you upload or forward documents, we receive and store the files and the structured data extracted from them. These documents may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. You decide what you send to us.
  • Integration data. If you connect a third-party service such as Google Sheets, we securely store the authorization (access tokens) needed to deliver your data to that service on your behalf.
  • Billing information. We use a third-party payment provider to process payments. We store records of your plan, credits, and usage. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data. We collect logs and event records needed to operate the service securely, such as processing status, timestamps, and error information.

How we use your information

  • To provide the service: process your documents, extract the fields you configure, and deliver results to the destinations you choose.
  • To create and manage your account and to authenticate you (passwordless email codes or Google sign-in).
  • To manage billing, credits, and usage.
  • To keep the service secure and reliable, detect and prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your documents or their contents to train AI or machine-learning models.

Google user data

Super Parser offers Google sign-in and an optional Google Sheets integration. This section explains how we handle data accessed through Google.

  • Google sign-in. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile identifier) to create and identify your account.
  • Google Sheets. When you connect Google Sheets, you grant Super Parser permission to create and update spreadsheets in your Google account so we can deliver your extracted data to the spreadsheet you choose. We request only the minimum access needed for this purpose.
  • We store the resulting Google authorization securely and use it solely to write the data you ask us to deliver. We do not access any other Google data.
  • You can disconnect Google at any time from within Super Parser, or by revoking access in your Google Account security settings. Disconnecting stops any further deliveries.

Limited Use.Super Parser’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

How documents are processed

To read documents and extract data, your documents (or text and images derived from them) are processed by trusted third-party AI providers that act on our behalf. Under the terms we maintain with them, these providers process your content only to return extraction results and do not use it to train their models.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate Super Parser, under agreements that require them to protect it and to use it only to provide services to us. These include providers of cloud hosting and storage, AI processing, email delivery, and payment processing, as well as Google — for Google sign-in and the Google Sheets integration, if you choose to connect it.

We may also disclose information where required to do so by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain documents and extracted data so you can access your results. You can delete documents from within the app at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, restrict internal access, and store credentials and API keys in hashed or otherwise protected form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continually to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU and UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. For the document content you submit, we act as your data processor. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@superpovvers.com.

International data transfers

We and our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.

Children

Super Parser is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
